Established in February 2019, founders Benj and Jeni Ramsey are committed to creating lasting pieces of livable art. This design and build duo bring a unique flare to residential and commercial renovations. We work collaboratively to create custom designs to suit individual tastes, lifestyles and budgets. We believe it is a privilege to be invited into our clients’ homes and work spaces. We pay attention to every detail to provide peace of mind from start to finish.

Position: Builder
- Co-Owner of Rizen Studios, launched in 2019, to create and build timeless spaces of livable art.
- Extensively worked on a variety of building projects: custom remodels, timber framed structures, high-end homes, hotel builds, and historic renovations.
- Expertise in design and layout, problem solving, quality control, team management, congenial, responsive customer relations
Jeni Ramsey
Position: Designer
- Varied design experience, ranging from Interior Design, Fine Art Composition and Fashion Design
- Creative with an innovative take on design
- Passionate about creating unique, custom tailored spaces, transforming clients’ dreams into reality
